With more than 15,000 students, almost 2,000 graduates a year, ten faculties and more than 90 degree programmes, FH Aachen is one of the biggest and most important universities of applied sciences in Germany. At FH Aachen, third-year BME participants study at the Faculty of Business Studies. With more than 2,700 students, the Faculty of Business Studies is the largest faculty of FH Aachen. For 50 years, the faculty has taught business sciences with a practice and value-oriented approach. With our international atmosphere, international study programmes and our location close to the border triangle of Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, we welcome more than 100 students from all over the world per year. The City of Aachen, with its historical heritage like the UNESCO world heritage site, the “Imperial Cathedral”, the hot springs and its young and dynamic student population invites you to study for an exchange experience.

Costs


The cost of studying at FH Aachen, Germany for 2020-2021 consists of the following components:

  1. Tuition fee*: € 310 /semester
  2. Monthly cost of living**: € 700-800
* This contribution is not an actual tuition fee. It is used for the benefit of the Studierendenwerk Aachen (housing and social affairs) and includes the student mobility ticket (public transport). This ticket is valid for a period of one semester and allows the use of public transport in North Rhine-Westphalia, excluding high-speed trains. ** The cost of living is only an estimate and will vary according to the specific student’s lifestyle, but a typical figure will be within the range mentioned here.
